MPK Admission Guide Academic year 2024-25

Admission can be sought in (i)"Mother's Pet" Kindergarten – MPK (Pre-Nursery, Nursery, KG 1 and KG 2) – online and offline .For online admission, please visit  www.motherspet.com. For offline admission, please visit the respective campus. The admission formalities will be considered complete after submission of all the required documents to the school office/ online & payment of fee.

Process for Online Registration for Pre Nursery, Nursery, KG I and KG II:-

STEP I: Filling application form & payment for Brochure

1. Fill the application form carefully with correct information and keep the soft copy for future reference.

(Please fill the School Branch and DOB correctly, this cannot be changed later.)

2. Upload all the documents i.e. scanned copies of Birth Certificate, address proof of any one parent and previous school's report card of the class, the student attended in 2023-24 (for Kg I and Kg II). If the Progress Report Card of Mid Term or Final Exam of 2023-24 is available, please upload a copy of that too.
3. Online payment of Rs 1000/- for brochure to be made.

The brochure can be collected from the school office later (against showing the receipt of online payment of Rs. 1000). Please await a confirmation of admission from the school which will be done in 24 hours.

STEP II: ADMISSION TO MPK SADAR, WARDHAMAN NAGAR, DABHA & KHAMLA SQUARE:

Pre Nursery Class:

• No Admission Fee

• On confirmation from the school, Login and pay the 1st instalment of Tuition Fee of Rs. 24,050 /-(non-refundable) OR You can pay via the link sent to you on your email id.

Nursery Class:

• No Admission Fee

• On confirmation from the school, Login and pay the 1st instalment of Tuition Fee of Rs. 27,800 /-(non-refundable) OR You can pay via the link sent to you on your email id.

KG I & KG II Classes:

• On confirmation from the school Login and pay admission fees of Rs. 20,000/- (non-refundable) OR You can pay via the link sent to you on your email id.
• The 1st installment of Tuition fees to be paid in April’24

Important Information:

On confirmation of admission, after payment of fees, submit hard copies of the documents along with form on the dates given.

• Final Admission rights reserved with School Management.

NURSERY	1ST OCTOBER 2020 - 30th SEPTEMBER 2021(till 31st DECEMBER as per GR)
K.G.1	1ST OCTOBER 2019 – 30th SEPTEMBER 2020(till 31st DECEMBER as per GR)
K.G.2	1ST OCTOBER 2018 – 30th SEPTEMBER 2019(till 31st DECEMBER as per GR)

*Parents who want to admit their child on the basis of the Maharashtra Govt. Regulation (GR) must speak to the Principal/Vice principal.
