Our Playgroup is an extension of the child’s home. It is informal and the emphasis is on developing motor and language skills.
This is done through free play, field trips, block play, garden play, art, music and movement. Language development involves rhymes, sing along, stories, role play and concept learning.
Children take their initial step towards formal learning in an informal way. Our curriculum is designed keeping in mind the development of all the Domains – Psychomotor, Affective and Cognitive.
Children now start visiting our Zones where they have ‘Funtastic Learning’ through audio-visual medium, flash cards, stories and games. English and Number Work (Math) are introduced. Activities are designed to develop writing and reading readiness. We do not make children write or even hold a pencil.
Children also try and learn to converse in English via exposure to topics of their immediate environments. Story Telling is also an important module with puppets and role play. Field trips add the extra zing to the learning process.
We ensure all round development of the child through Free play, Water play and Montessori Environment before our toddlers enter the Kindergarten.
Kindergarten is a seamless extension of their Pre-K classes with formal work being introduced in a phased manner. The Zone system ensures that the best teaching-learning process is imparted. With three adults in the classroom, every child gets
