The Nursery Programme is continued in KG I taking it to the next level. Alphabet with their phonic sounds are taught and the children are introduced to the Writing of the letters of the alphabet * Reading of simple sight words/ 3 letter words. *Circle Time and Parachute Play develop language as well as concentration skills and topics dealing with the environment of the child.
Numbers, their value, symbols (oral and written) are taught keeping the way children learn best - sensorial, games, experiential activities along with math concepts involving dimensions an shapes.
* Gross motor muscles are developed through Games, Free Play, Garden Play, Water Play, Music and Movement. *Weekly skating sessions have made our little ones champions.

Enrolling Mirissa in Mother’s Pet Kindergarten was a very well thought of decision due to the reputation that the school holds in general. After two years with Mother’s Pet Kindergarten, I can see my daughter Mirissa as a confident, creative and curious girl. Her class teachers Smita Sengupta (Nursery) and Ketki Devghare (KGI) have been her favourites and she looks forward to seeing all her friends and zone teachers every day.
