Fruits and vegetables are great sources of nutrients and help us stay healthy and fit. They come in many colours, flavours, and shapes, and textures. Fruits and vegetables are good sources of several vitamins and nutrients and a great meal choice to maintain a strong and healthy lifestyle. Beetroot is the root of the beet plant, named after it! It has been cultivated since Roman times. Raw beetroot is healthy and perfect for grating, just remember to peel it! Enjoy it in a salad, sandwich, or even in desserts!
